Seasons | 1993-94 Remembered: Cup kings of Europe

In the 1993-94 season George Graham led Arsenal to victory in Europe in the Cup Winners Cup competition. 'One-nil to the Arsenal' was the cry from the Gooner faithful that season and rather suitably it was by that scoreline that Arsenal clinched the victory in Copenhagen with Alan Smith scoring the final's only goal. »»»

Seasons | 1978-79 Remembered: Arsenal win the 2nd of 3 successive FA cup final appearances

In the late seventies / early eighties Arsenal made appearances in three successive cup finals from 1978 to 1980, in 1979 Arsenal got their hands on the trophy with a memorable 3-2 win over Manchester United with Alan Sunderland grabbing a late winner.

Legends - Alex James

The wee Scotsman Alex James, famous for his baggy shorts, may have been small in stature he was however every bit big in personality. The inside forward was pivotal in Chapman's revolutionary WM formation in the 1930's, a member of the team who won the club's first trophies.
